The Well History applications within SSI allow you to focus on the exceptions. Pinpoint wells that deserve your attention and do it all quickly and easily. The Well Wizard also graphs! Save your time with a picture worth at least one thousand words!

Executive Browser – Intuitively inquire, print and view your SSI data without being involved in the accounting functions. The Executive Browser frames SSI information in management terms, not accounting terms. For example, in an accounting system to find investor owner information you would have to look at Accounts Receivables, Revenue Payables, Well History, JIB History, Land Billing and many other application menus. The Executive browser frames ALL investor/owner functions under one frame referred to as “Owner” and provides immediate access to accounting and well management data for any owner. The Executive Browser allows instant access to your data without having to ask someone to create/retrieve your information report.

Create-A-Check – Create the check layout and fill in the check detail in a single pass. Starting with blank, secure check stock, Create-A-Check prints the check layout, the check detail, the company information with logo if desired and can even automate the signing of checks at user defined amounts. Reduce the risk of fraud by eliminating the need to store and protect negotiable documents. Reduce headaches when starting a new company and streamline company processes by eliminating the need to purchase, store and use checks for multiple companies. Maximize flexibility by using a single check stock for multiple companies and multiple accounts.

Document Imaging – Create digital images of source documents and make them immediately accessible from your desktop. Documents are integrated with the accounting system providing ‘drill down’ capabilities from management reports to the digital document via document imaging. View, code and approve payment on digital documents. Keep source documents secure while making them available to the entire company. Eliminate the need to search paper files, prevent misfiling and insure document can be found with digital documents and SSI.

SSIMail is the link between your email account and the SSI product. The application provides the option to send out information from SSI reporting and document generating functions via email. SSIMail is designed to replace monthly mailings of JIB invoices, land invoices, RP vouchers, AP vouchers, and AR statements. The application incorporates Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) which enable you to reassign traditional Accounts Payable and Revenue checks into electronic deposits. We believe that SSIMail may bring your company the biggest direct cost savings from any SSI application released to date.

Archived Report Manager – Stores all reports for future retrieval at any time. This eliminates Filing Time, Reduces paper printouts, Reduces the amount of paper purchased, reduces the number of filing cabinets needed, reduces the amount of office space used for filing cabinets, makes report copies are immediately available to all SSI users. The ability to view all reports at any time reduces the cost of paper, eliminates filing, thereby reducing the number of filing cabinets and office space used for filing cabinets. Any reports or portions of any report may be reprinted at any time.

Transaction Imports from Spread Sheets – Transactions may be imported into the SSI Oil & Gas Accounting system with the same validation, verification and audit features as if they have been manually entered. Use either easy method for data entry, the SSI entry screen or your spreadsheets!

SSI utilizes a third party graphing tool called SmartChart. We chose this product for its versatility, ease of end-user use, and ability to interface with many different applications. SSIТs interface allows Well History data to be graphed with absolutely no user entry. The more sophisticated user will also quickly learn to manipulate graphs to better fit their needs. These functions include months on a single page, default to line or bar graph, print in batch mode, etc. The graphing function is Wizard driven allowing users to store graphing preferences and protect them, knowing they are saved for future use.
