If you own the Division Orders module, you’ve already got what you need. The module comes with the programming necessary to put what and where on the blank page. We’ve provided the template that conforms to the NADOA requirements for Division Orders. Download the Word template, and the owner info (name, address, interest type, interest percent, everything needed for Division Orders) extracted in SSI will be mapped properly onto a piece of paper, but now it’s a Division Order! No pre‐printed form needed.

On the Division Orders menu, right‐click on the DO01 button, then click Help from the drop‐down. The documentation for DO01 – Select by Owner or Well will be displayed. Now…look at the Online Help topics tree (on the left side of the screen under Division Orders) and notice the topic – DO01 – Write to Excel for Word Interface. Here are your instructions for the Mail Merge. Follow the instructions and you can’t miss.
