Subtotal
Still shows all the detail—but now it groups it nicely with subtotals.
Great for giving owners structure without overwhelming them.
Consolidate
Now we’re talking clean.
One line. No clutter. No long list of transactions.
Just a single line that says, “Multiple Invoices.”
Ideal when a category has a lot of detail charges that don’t need to be included in the JIB. For example, Saltwater Disposal wells.
